# the customer will have to pay a down payment of Rs 3799.

# After that the customers will have to make monthly recharge of Rs 169 for 18 months to get a cashback of Rs 500

# and after Rs 169 recharge for the next 18 months the customers will further get Rs 1000 cash back.

# so,after 36 months Rs 1500 will be refunded in the customer's ARTEL PAYMENT BANK'S ACCOUNT.

Therefore,

Effective price = Rs 3149 - Rs 500 - Rs 1000 

                             = Rs 1649.
